In which cases it is possible to return goods:
- the purchase was made through the bikeenofood online shop;
- the delivered product has defects;
- there is a clear error in the supply: one product has been shipped for another, the size or color is different from that ordered, etc.
- "right to reconsider", ie the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a maximum period of 14 days.
In each of these cases it is possible to obtain the exchange of goods or the refund of the price paid. In some cases, the refund amount may also include the cost incurred for shipping the goods.
Commercial refund policy:
The products must not have been used, modified or customized;
The packaging of the products must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
